Hollie and James met in 2008 while working at the Tucson Airport. They dated for a few years and continued to make a life together. While visiting Pinetop-Lakeside on December of 2013, Hollie had no idea that her life was about to change for the better.
James took Hollie to Scott's Reservoir and asked her to go into the forest with him so he could show her something. She agreed. He turned her around to look at the gorgeous view! She was amazed to find he had a picture of "their tree" propped up on another tree. She was very surprised and quickly smiled. When she turned around to face him, she found him on one knee asking her for her hand :) Of course she said "YES"!
Over a year later, they decided to have a small wedding ceremony to exchange their vows at the same place where he proposed: Scott's Reservoir!
